Method of application in complex therapy:

The effectiveness of the multi-component peptide bioregulator Bone-marrowTIDE PLUS for the bone marrow was evaluated based on the dynamics of patients’ complaints with IDA (iron deficiency anemia). General weakness, fatigue, sweating, dizziness, noise in the ears and head, dry skin, delamination and brittle nails were studied. Also, general clinical study of blood, urine, biochemical blood test, esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) and fecal occult blood tests were conducted. There were 13 patients in the main group and 13 patients in the control group, ages 52-77.

There were 12 patients who had previously received intermittent iron supplements or some other medical drug therapy. However, this happened uncontrollably, and it is impossible to judge its effectiveness. Patients in the control group received treatment using conventional means. In addition to the standard medical drugs, the main group was prescribed to take multi-component peptide bioregulator Bone-marrowTIDE PLUS, 2 capsules daily for 30-45 days, depending on the severity of the pathological process.

It was established that the use of the multi-component peptide bioregulator Bone-marrowTIDE PLUS in all patients with IDA contributed to a decrease in the clinical development of the disease, improvement and stabilization of general clinical and biochemical blood parameters. The increase in hemoglobin level averaged 24.3 +6.7 g/l, such indicators as microcytosis, aniso- and poikilocytosis improved, and the index of non-hemoglobin iron and ferritin have increased. After a long-term daily complex intake (more than 30 days), the main group showed normalization of the above biochemical parameters in half of the patients. Compared to the control group, the regression of the clinical symptoms in patients was faster (by 3.1+1.4 days on average). According to the results of EFGDS, erosive processes in the stomach were detected in 2 patients in the main group and in 2 patients in the control group. When re-examination was performed on the 20th-24th day after the therapy, no erosions were detected.

A more stable and pronounced effect of improving blood parameters was observed with a more extended intake of the multi-component peptide bioregulator Bone-marrowTIDE PLUS for 40-45 days, which allows us to conclude the dependence of the clinical effect on the complex intake duration. In the process of monitoring patients who received the multi-component peptide bioregulator Bone-marrowTIDE PLUS as part of complex therapy, no side effects, complications or product dependence were detected.

The study was conducted in 2017 by certified specialists from the Department of Restorative Medicine and Nutrition of the European Scientific Society at the Academy of Natural Sciences (Hannover Germany).
